About the Role

ECBSE is looking for an Associate in its Customer Support team. As a customer support associate, you’ll be responsible for customer happiness and will respond to customers’ queries via different channels (calls, emails and chats). You’ll coordinate cross-functionally to resolve customer grievances and special requests. You’ll ensure you’re there with the customer every step of the way.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interact with customers through Calls (Voice Process).
  • Focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity, CSAT etc.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Understand the customers query and identify the customers need and give the best resolution to the customer.
  • Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.
  • Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction on the product they purchase.
  • Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.

Key Qualifications

  • Under-graduates/Graduates/ PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognized institutes.
  • B.Com or equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
  • 0 - 5 years of cross platform customer service or retention experience is preferable.
  • Work experience in a customer service role at a start-up is a big plus.
